IFA Paris's goal is to prepare its students to join the world of international fashion. To achieve this goal, IFA has created an innovative curriculum that addresses the needs of fashion companies. It mixes fashion design, pattern making & draping, CAD-CAM, marketing and English to develop student creativity, skill and ability to work as part of a team.

First Year

In the first year, IFA students build the foundation upon which their future success will be laid. Students are introduced to the fundamentals of design and computer-aided design and also delve into fashion's history and culture.

Second Year

Second year students will now apply the skills they gained in the first year, learning how to design and create a variety of garments. They explore in more depth different design concepts and start to look at fashion marketing to help them gain a full understanding of the forces at play in garment creation.

Third Year

In the final year of the IFA Paris Bachelor's Program, students will prepare for the graduation fashion show in which representatives of the fashion media and fashion companies view the best work of IFA's graduates. After completing their collection and fashion show, students will have the opportunity to concentrate on either one of these subjects: Design A or B, Pattern Making & Draping A or B, or Fashion Marketing. Ultimately, the selected subject will act as a closing project before graduation.

Fashion Design A:  Prints, Sportswear, Fashion Stylist, Image Consultant
Fashion Design B:  Prints, Sportswear, Knitwear
Pattern Making & Draping A:  Studio
Pattern Making & Draping B:  Creative Draping
